**All agents are saying priced too high, existing apartments the price has gone up but the new ones on Canterbury road are struggling.
David He: I Spoke to the owner Shane today and check the comparable sales in the same block , the client agreed with me that he is asking beyond the market price about $100,000. According to currant market conditions the apartment is approx $680,000-$700,000 He might withdraw the for sale and wait for the market close to the expecting price.
