FEB 25 - AMANDA - I've called and sent text to see if Zoe has managed to reach an agreement with her ex to sell the property.


Amanda MAY 25 - 2 Brooks Rd, Eudlo - No love yet from Zoe. Her phone goes directly to message bank. Just as a quick reminder, she was going through a messy separation. The ex and his father wanted to keep the property and pay her out. I checked yesterday and her name is still on the title.

I can confirm I met with Zoe and gave her an appraisal.

She’s in a tricky situation, separating from her partner and the property is in hers and the fathers-in-law name, he doesn’t want to sell. They will need to reach an agreement, which might end up paying her out, I am not sure how long it will take. I have scheduled follow-up calls over the next several months and will update you along the way.



- Had an hour chat with Zoe yesterday. I'm meeting her at the block of land Thursday at noon. It is a separation sale, with not all parties wanting to sell. I anticipate it will have to go to court, so I'm not expecting it to go on the market for at least 6-12 months.
