agreed sale price is $875,000, 

and as per our agreement, the commission is set at 2% including GST. 

This brings the total gross commission to $17,500 (including GST).


Out of this, 20% will be deducted as per the terms, which amounts to $3,500. 

The settlement date for the property is set for the 31st of January
