MAREE - Thanks for your follow up email. I don’t think that we are going to be able to take on this property. I found out the First National Tweed terminated their management with these owners. I went out and had a look at the property myself and there are a lot of issues, very sub standard renovations, electrical issues etc.. I did try and arrange to get my electrician there to have a look at some exposed wires/unfinished electrical work but he has been very busy and hasn’t been able to get their yet.

I really don’t like to do this but I think you may have to find another agent to refer these owners to. I can see ongoing issues with this property.
