25/10/24**Tricky situation, tenants are now squatting as Lisa self manages they have not paid rent in 6 months, there was a court date yesterday and they have paperwork to fill out for the tenants to be evicted thru court process, but David Lisas friend asked if they can give management to an agent and they take over the paperwork eventually they want to sell it. He also said there is a vicious dog onsite and the tenant threatened Lisa with a knife. 

JOEL:  will call them said its probably impossible for and Agency to manage that as its the worst street and the house is a mess very dangerous area.
