ASH MAY 25 - I believe Bhavik’s land is no longer available. I believe he had forfeited his deposit to the estate as he couldn’t settle or nominate it.
ASJ JAN 25 - I am still trying to push this lot, but the purchase price is an issue. There have been many enquiries but not a single nominee buyer willing to pay the price paid by Bhavik.
We have reduced the selling price yet there is no traction on it yet.
Nominee sale - not sure if spoke to agents
ASH - It is a shame as i have buyers for lots under 300m2 in Donnnybrook, Kalkallo, Fraser Rise, Deanside, Plumpton, Cobblebank.
But we are struggling to find lots under 350m2.
