7/04/2025 - Maggie:  I have been working with a buyer who offered 1.8, got her to 1.95 which the owners have accepted. We should exchange unconditionally early this week. I’ll update you once exchanged. And settlement 16 June

30/10/2024 - Julie-Ann was nervous about having to pay 2 commissions with the previous agent saying that she wants to bring a buyer through again on 11 Nov - despite reassurance and discussing effective cause of sale. She has provided written notice to Katrina in September which was acknowledged by her verbally.

She is away now until Monday and will revisit on her return. I do feel she will move forward with me. Mark, I'll update you once I have further information.
