Hi Natalie, thanks for sending the info of the two agents, it is plenty. Rohan got in touch with me and he will be going this weekend to the house. My sister- in- law Narelle is going on Saturday with her son and daughter-in-law, to inspect the house and Rohan will go the same time and meet up with them.


ROHAN -FEB 25 - Hi Natalie, I am meeting again with these owners toward the end of next week. They have also been speaking with two other agents, which I am navigating my way around at the moment. JAN 25 - Thankyou. I was speaking with the owners yesterday and the tenants are in the process of moving our and having the property painted internally and externally. They are yet to 100% commit to an agent until we can revisit once the property is available for us to re inspect, when all improvements are completed.

They have been good with their communication, which is a positive sign for me.

NOV 24 - Owners are waiting for tenants to vacant prior to painting in readiness to sell. 3-4 months away

OCT 24 - H Natalie, I met with family at the home yesterday and provided our selling proposal. They are working with their managing agents, who have not been helpful, to provide notice to the tenants to vacate prior to selling. So they will be approximately 2-3 months off listing. The home also requires a good clean inside and out + the grounds tidied. Tenants have been there for 13 & 15 years according to the feedback I was provided. Kind regards, Rohan
