I thought the appraisal went well, Franks wife is adamant she wants to buy before she sells so I gave them a realistic estimated sale price based on recent sales in the area also outlining the danger of buying before you know where your property lies in the market as days on market are longer at the moment unless you meet the market at the correct price, what that exact amount is no one knows for sure. So potential future clients hopefully but they are not ready to sell just yet, thank you for the referral.
