8/11/24- Hi Vicki sorry missed your call. I had to cxl agents coming as been interstate since 16 Oct supporting family due to bereavment/suicide. I am only just rtd home and not unpacked yet but will call agents early next week to come appraise. My apologies for not keeping you updated but have had rather too much to deal with. 17/10 SAM: Hi Vicki, I had booked this for today, but Helen called yesterday and had a death in the family. We've postponed for two weeks to see how she's going. Still planning on selling. Tradies are still working on the home to my understanding.
