25/11/24 agents do not want to deal with this client *****

Jay This lead was a bit of a waste of time.

Client's expectations were around $300,000 above market value and he mentioned he was speaking with 6 agents.25/11 Sugath: This vendor is very unreasonable and we cannot do business with them.



 25/11/24- Called vendor and sent AS Email, Sent AS2 To Sugath and Jay, Steve said not really interested with this one client is weird.


22/10 Comment: Steve said the guy is not all there he had about 10 agents come in at the same time and made him sit with his parents for about an hour while he showed them thru. Will need to find something to buy b4 they sell and house is a mess.
