19/8/25- Geoff PUD: Hi Veronica, just a quick update. I spoke to Margaret just now, she has been extremely unwell and has had several deaths in the family. I wanted to cut to the chase and see if we were on a short list. She has a contact that lives across the street that has been helpful. She is also a local Agent. I did not ask who she is. She has decided to use that Agent - unfortunately. Thanks for the lead however we have lost it.


ESTATE - PROBATE

13/08/2025 - Geoff: I have been in regular contact with Margaret. The estate is going through probate at this time and she does not have any timeline as to when it might be granted. I connect with her every 3-5 weeks with a courtesy call to see how she is travelling. She used to work at a conveyancers office and is reasonably savvy but very reluctant to share. Will keep you posted.
