22/11/24 UPDATE FROM CLIENT:  Agents were pretty much consistent in their appraisals, he said they were in a transition stage sorting out other assets with extended family and they need to spend more time on this one, not decided yet what they are going to do

19/10 Irene: Just confirming that we have tried to make contact with John and have left a voice mail, sent a text and email to confirm we would like to meet with him and give him an appraisal on his land
