31/10/2025 - Geoff: John only wanted to get an appraisal has not listed the block that adjoins his property very close to his house. I contact him from time to time to explore his plans but he is not moving or progressing at present.

13/08/2025 - Geoff PUD: I have appraised the property and he is sitting on it for the time being. I call him regularly for an update but I believe because of the proximity of the block to his house (quite close) he seems more interested in retaining it for the time being.

29/10/2024 - Rohan: I have emailed John his appraisal today. He did say he will sit on it for a while and return to me if he has any questions or requires further assistance. Have a good afternoon.

24/10/2024 - John: agents in contact and providing appraisals - has some figures in, waiting on council re titles

22/10/2024 - Geoff: I have spoken to John. I am on my way out to meet with him now. Thanks so much for the referral. Will keep you posted.

He did say that he is looking to eventually sell. Just after an appraisal for now.
