Waiting on original exclusive to expire before going online with my agent - see notes from vendor 

25/10/2024 - Fred: Yes they have all been in touch with me. I had selected Sam Singh, however the exclusion period with the current real estate had not ended. What I had forgotten was that I signed another period when the price was adjusted. I have another 2 months to run. I told Sam if the house is not sold by then I will call him.
