17/10/19 - Spoke to Domenic, Keeping property rented for now happy with tenants
04/07/18 - Spoke to agent Peter, client was trying to get a cheaper appraisal to buy one of the brothers out, he wanted the agent to value it at $650 but agent said without looking in the house it was prob valued $50k more, left it to the client has not heard back from him
03/07/18 - Spoke to agent Michael, does not think at this stage will sell they are infighting will let me know
17/06/18 - Vendor emailed, "Thank you so much for helping me out, and will definitely be coming back to you if we decide to sell"
16/06/18 - Agents Michael and Peter accepted the referral
