Felicity: I believe they are planning to keep it for the time being
Jenny: I saw the property in November last year and they decided to keep it for another year. I sent a follow up email a couple of weeks ago with details about a great result we achieved for another riverfront property in Jamieson but haven’t had a response.
7/11/2024 - Lindsey: All agents have appraised - awaiting proposals. May need to wait for market to improve as values in area have dropped.
30/10/2024 - Received VM - agents in touch, all good
