4/12/2024 - Taleah: Followed up with RRP as he has had some health concerns he wasn't in a position to switch agents. wife advised him they have leased it after 3 - 4 months

2/12/2020424 - Taleah:   Followed up RRP Robert again - Property still not leased out and he is still going through some heath issues at the moment and still not in a position to make any changes ! He advised he will speak with his wife and arrange for her to give me a call

13/11/2024 - remains unleased after 3 months with  Zed Real Estate - HAMPTON EAST

13/11/2024 - Taleah: Followed with owner. He never made his holiday as he had to go to hospital the day they were to fly out as a medical emergency. Owner is still in hospital and will speak with his wife and gt in touch with me when he comes out of hospital. The other agent has had the property for three months and not able to lease. i also advise the owner that there is no listed inspection times to show prospective renters through the property. I also advised the owner that he doesn't need to do anything except sign electronically for us to take over. Will keep you updated.

31/10/2024 - Taleah: Owner flying to dubi today and will make a decision when they return. Will keep you updated. Current agent is a friend of their daughters

29/10/2024 - Taleah: Have called Robert. Have also sent off Rental Appraisal with fees and charges
