HENRY - JAN 26 - We have gone through the whole process of objecting to a Land Tax valuation with the SRO, and only a few weeks ago, we got the decision: - they valued it at very close to what you guys said - around $40k. This exempts us from any land tax as the threshold is $50k.

So, at this stage we are not looking to sell, but as us owners reach old age, it becomes more likely that we may have to sell soon: - will def be in touch then.




They gave us a figure, but said it would be VERY hard to sell, so I will speak with the other owners and see what they want to do.
