8/11/24- Hi Vicki, both agents have contacted me - Rebecca an hour after I talked to you and Karan yesterday afternoon. I’m having them assess my last year’s statement and supplying me their fees if they had been the property manager. Rebecca is certainly enthusiastic and after talking with her is my choice at the moment, but we’ll see once the statements are returned.
