CHERYL -Hey Natalie I would like you to follow up on James Stacey please and I will just wait to see if Kemps contact me. Kemps came in well under Harris Real Estate last time which I told them about. Im very happy with the out come of Harris this time also... But would like James to inspect my property too and give an appraisel also because he has been very sucsessful recently in Pt Lincoln...

 Hi Natalie, I heard back from Rachel Hawkins from Harris Real Estate on Friday afternoon and she sent me a very descriptive email of everything I need to know about the sale of my home . I havent heard from either Carl Semmler or James Stacey yet..

Cheryl noted agents wer fantastic. Corey at Kemps even dropped a hard copy appraisal to her with discount vouchers and she loved Harris too. Harris appr was a bit more than Kemps and have an office in Adelaide to, but Cheryl realises she cannot find anything in Adelaidfe she likes for her price range so putting everything on hold atm and not selling, but very happy with the service.
