Cannot afford to buy - price expectations were low on purchase side & high on selling side - will not anywhere.

They only want to sell if they find something to buy, but their price expectations for purchasing are unrealistic and I think they will not find anything with their low budget. In other words they want to sell high and buy Low. Hence they won't sell.

Mason: I spoke to the seller. He was meant to call me back but I haven’t heard back so far. 

Nikki: This Seller confirmed he had already gone in another direction by the time this came through
