27/11/2024 - Alex: will touch base again - thinks it may have been postponed - will FU and advise
Carolyn: Has appraised - needs a lot of work. Insurance to repair earthquake damage. Decluttered and it's a mess, probably won't go to market for a long time
19/11/2024 - Virginia re contact: Alex is suppose to come tomorrow however. I need repairs done through the insurance company and that won't be till January
