Looks like he signed up with an investment company to sell AKW in port macquarie said they were the most efficient and cheapest.

Todd Bates: I have now spoken with Geoff and he has advised that he only wants a “sight unseen” appraisal at this stage which needs to be 100% accurate and the cheapest fees he can get.

I have obviously advised the 100% accuracy is not possible given we can’t go in to have a look at the condition.

I feel he is simply checking Elders however will still undertake the exercise without much optimism to be honest.
