Sophie -JAN 25 - I’ve tried reaching this owner on numerous occasions and have had no responses.



 NOV 24 - Appraisal booked for Friday. Fully renovated house - Appraisal conducted and follow up sent. No response yet

SALLY - Just an update that I have finally spoken with Josh who noted he has had three other agents come through but he is still to secure work to move him out of Geelong and won't be seriously looking into this until the new year.


He noted he will call me if he requires any further assistance.Thanks again for the opportunity.
