MAL - This property needs to be condemned, I told him this but he does not want to listen. If the tenant takes him to the RTA he is in big strife, it would cost more to doze it down and take the rubbish away then what it is worth as it is
12/05/2020 - Spoke to Ben/vendor, not sellign had tried for 10 years. Now working in the Pilbra so can't get abck there. Email him and he will file and come abck to me if he wants to speak again
