31/1 Antoine: Met Mala and her husband today. Very nice people. Pitched well for the listing. They will be interviewing other agents. Howeveer I am feeling positive about it. They said they will let me know in 2 weeks of their decision. Fingers crossed

I spoke to Mala again today and she is not ready yet, she said she needs to go through the proposals sent to her about her property, and didn't have time to go through i, being the holiday period. She said she will get back to me once she is ready. Thanks If you hear anything on your end, please let me know

Antoine: Hi Vicki, Spoke to Mala. Gave her an idea of the price. She requested to send her a proposal which I will send to her shortly. She said she will discuss it with her husband and get back to me. She will also be interviewing other agents which is normal. Fingers crossed I can secure this property. Thank you again for the lead.
