JAMES - Happy New Year! Your ears must have been burning! I just spoke with Sally and we are signing everything up for a sales campaign now.

We need to send the tenants a NTV first before starting the campaign so we are still a few months off starting. I will let you know once we are closer to loading online

Sally - DEC 24 - I have been in touch with both, Corene sent me a proposal this morning and I am waiting on James to send me his. There is no rush, I won’t be advising the tenant to move out until January..
