6/12/24 Rich BA: Spoke to Alan Lovely man Cash buyer and seeking to downsize Wants low-set/ single level home Ok with 2 beds place to store and cover his motor home on site (happy to build a shed onsite to cover this wants place handy to the beach Sent info pack Introduced Angela Angela also followed up -Phoned Alan, he muttered that he was with his family and that it is going to be a long process. I asked if there was a convenient time to call him back and he said any day next week will be fine.
