4/3/25 Anthony has tried to call Mary she does not answer, he can sell it prob worth 1.75 ish that was the Auction pass in, REA has half price with other agent if you list within six months of withdrawal, he also has 3 or 4 buyers advocacy's he works with. 

03/03/2025 - Looked online, property withdrawn from sale

2/12/24 Anthony:  Putting things on hold until Feb 2025. Lovely couple and got a long very well with them.

27/11 Spring meeting today 4pm//2/12 Said she is meeting again today in afternoon for another chat will price 1.8-1.9 client wants 1.9

25/11 Anthony: Spoke to Mary and meeting tomorrow at 11am 26/11 Met with Mary and Tony earlier today. Both lovely and went into detail on listing the property. They have had two other agents but will make decision in the coming days!
