KIM may 25 - I havnt proceeded with a real estate as yet

KIM - Rebecca rung yesterday. Very lengthy phone call.

 Sent me a email with all the information I need. Which was a lot. I had a lot of questions

Tayla today, her baby was very sick yesterday so she couldnt ring. She also sent me a email with information.

Both very helpful and proffessional, especially Rebecca.

I have a lot to take in, deliberate on. 


REBECCA - That's been a tad slow only cause the tenant wouldn't allow access which I'm going there now tomorrow at 2pm.

Otherwise will see what comes from that appt.

I have also been chatting to this owner many times in the past too so I'm hoping that helps also but she's had a lot go on in her life plus the tenants are ex family members so this one is a tricky one but will see how it all goes. 👍
