6/1/25 Mark: Hi there, this appraisal never came off unfortunately. The day of the appraisal I had gastro and had to cancel our appointment however he has never responded to any follow up messages to rebook the appraisal. I'm sorry for this but was sincerely sick which couldn't be helped.
