12/6/25 Stefan says Mcgrath is not recognising this lead as ours as it was sent to him while he was in another company ??? I need to email him paperwork ?? Hey Vicki,   No need to send me a screenshot of terms and conditions, I have read them. It seems there is no contractual obligation for either myself or my current agency to pay this fee


14/3/25 Stefan said he has a buyer, the client ready to appoint him, the family member living in house wont give access may go to court will keep me updated

07/03/25 Spoke with Stefan and he seems to be confident that he will get this listing soon although he is now with McGrath. vw
