12/12 ARRON: Attended property, sent appraisal through yesterday, haven't heard, tried to call and text.
Brendan Mustica: David is not the executor of the will , he is one of 4 beneficiaries . The executor has placed the property in the hands of the solictor , so I am not sure how it will play out. The solictor has engaged 2 other agents to price the property and my guess is he will engage one of them. Anyway , I have spoken with them and see how we go thanks
