TODD - called Helen twice when first received, sent text also. no answers. called again today 09/12/2024, she answered but said now was not a good time and she already has 2 agents coming to look and will call me if needed me or not. will leave it at that


MICHAEL - I’ve been following this up persistently. There’s quite a bit of work required before the property is ready for sale, and I’ve been assisting with those preparations. However, the owner hasn’t yet confirmed if she’ll proceed with me as the agent.
