2/05/2025 - Helen: no movement yet. I called again today and left a message. Will follow up again

10/04/2025 - Helen PUD: Spoke to Malcolm, will be selling towards the end of financial year as the property is tenanted till oct. I will be in touch as time gets closer

5/02/2025 - Helen: No news. I contacted Malcolm in December and sent him a proposal. I will follow up this with him. I have achieved another records sale of $833,000 for a 3-bedroom unit in Oxley and I want to share the news with Malcolm. I will be in touch.

Ted: I spoke again with the seller Malcolm today. He wants to wait till later this year as the tenants lease doesn't end till October. I will keep you posted.

12/12/2024 - Ted: I have spoken with Malcolm and we are all set for a possible start in the new year. I will be in touch around the middle of January to give you an update.

11/12/2024 - Helen: I spoke to Malcolm. He asked for an appraisal proposal. I sent an appraisal of ranging $650,000 to $680,000. He will be letting me know of his decision.

11/12/2024 - Sarah PUD: Appraised

9/12/2024 - Helen: I spoke to Malcolm. He is happy for me to send him a desktop appraisal and proposal of sale (costs, strategies, commission, etc). I will do all this in the next 24 hours and have another chat to him.
