10/12/2024 - Tammy: Donna Duncan has been in touch and provided excellent info. I have asked her for a desktop appraisal, rather than a visit to the property. Chrissy from Drummond has called and will send me info. I may decide to ask her to do an appraisal. She spoke at length about their selling practices. Nathan from Elders contacted me and I have asked him to do a visit to do an appraisal. I intend to also get Clinton Gilson from Gilson Yonson to visit to do an appraisal. His agency sold me the property in 2019. Thank you for your input. It helped me take the next steps.
