14/1/25-Hi Vicki, just letting you know we are not putting our house on the market. We feel the current market isn't a good time for us.
We were very, very impressed with Sarah from HEM and she understood why we have made the decision not to list our property.
Thank you Vickifor your help with Agent names.10/1 Client happy with Sarah to pause Rohan for now said she did not see his calls.
9/1/25- Rohan: No, I have not had a response from them after call attempts. I went to the property a couple of year ago and the owner was very adamant that they wanted to sell privately, which they have done in the past.
6/1/24 Sarah will be coming on Tuesday at 2pm, so it will be interesting to see what she thinks about our home.
