14/02/2025 - David: Turns out they have a friend of 30 years which works in real estate so they will be using them. 

7/02/2025 - UD David appraisal was postponed :They put it off. Im calling again in a couple of weeks. They are still receptive to me coming out which is good. I think it's just a slow process at their end.
