28/01/2026 - Paul confident - has taken prospective buyers through - nil sale thus far , vendor is cleaning it up - hoping to go online in March 2026

"Spoke with Petre the owner last week needs to clean up his warehouse and is aiming to launch onto the market potentially in March."

28/07/2025 - Paul: I have been in contact with Petre and have taken through 2 prospective purchasers. Petre does want to sell but still cleaning up the factory. He may be ready in September?

27/03/20256 Paul: Have had unsuccessful attempts of follow up with Petre as discussed with Mark.
