28/07/2025 - Paul: I have been in contact with Petre and have taken through 2 prospective purchasers. Petre does want to sell but still cleaning up the factory. He may be ready in September?

Paul: I have called Petre on a few occasions haven't heard back as yet..marketing submission has been emailed to him I will keep trying

13/01/2025 - Paul: I have arranged an appraisal for this property on Friday 17th Jan i will meet the Owner at the factory.
