2506/19 - David Hill emailed, "I thought it would be a long drawn out situation. The problem being the work he has done as owner builder has to be completed and an insurance cover sought for the guarantee period."
11/09/18 - Vendor said, "still needs to be finished probably by end of October, the lawyers wanted appraisals but my ex wife and I have sacked them all"
03/07/18 - David Hill emailed, has contacted vendor but par way through an owner build renovation, will not be able to obtain insurance policy to be abel to sell, separation and going through court to decide an outcome, property probably worth less than what they paid
