mark - Yes, I met with the owner’s daughter on site, inspected the cottage and from there provided an appraisal, plus my fees, etc.

She had also bee in direct contact with one of the other local agents.

She informed me that the appraisal(s) had to be submitted to the Public Trustee. Apparently from there they allocate the job to the successful agency.
