Ross -APR 25 - No interest at this stage the vendors have put a high price on it and are not prepared tp move on the price at this stage.
I have appraised the property and she was speaking with a conveyancer last week.
I will let you know if and when we list it. Yes contacted her doing an appraisal tomorrow for her
