FYI - he did advise he has 2 property's that he may want to sell - so be mindful he may want to sell the 2 at once - GM - 31.1 Spoke to vendor who mentioned that he has been given advice from McGrath which he was very satisfied with, who suggested he look at putting he property on the market just after Christmas. I noted I would call back Mid July as that will be when he will be looking at making a decision.
