24/01/2025 - Paul OUT - notified by buyer - his wife had taken control and was against using a BA

22/01/2025 - Rich: I’ve just had an email back from Raymond and Nancy to say that they have decided to use another buys agent and I’m not proceeding with us unfortunately. They said they didn’t feel aligned, which I don’t really know what that means. Also just wondering if you referred them to any other buys agent at the same time as us? 

21/01/2025 - Paul: A further update re Raymond & Nancy. They have requested a break down of fees for associated industry’s which I have provided. I will keep you updated as to our progress.


20/01/2025 - Richard: Our buyers agent Tass Patas spoke with Raymond and Nancy over the weekend and they seemed quite interested in using us…Just awaiting their feedback and return of the agency agreement so se can get started

Paul: I have sent an email this morning to Nancy and Raymond in response to their email inquiry regarding my fees. I will follow up with them again in the morning.
