5/2/25 Hi Vicki, I have sent the appraisal to the owners, which was sent on Friday 31/1/2025, however I have not received a response. They may be evaluating as it has only been 4-5 days. 31/1-Hi Vicki, I have now sent the appraisal. They have a long term tenant in the home until 18.01.2027 at $575pw through 'Community Housing'. So the presentation is going to be below average. The returns are very low and investors in our are are less prevalent due to higher interest rates and low yields. We are heavily relying on the owner occupier market to support over 90% of our sales.
