LUKE - Despina was quite adamant that she and her siblings knew the value of the home and didn’t need to be told what’s it’s worth as they have done their research. Based on the conversation I had with her they are $300 - $400k overpriced. I told her I would send he some info with some comps and she said don’t bother with the comps, I know the price.
