29/9/25 LAF: We have received notification that WREA also provided the below agency with the same vendor’s details, and it appears that payment has been made to WREA.
It seems that WREA referred the vendor’s property details to Paul French, Director of McGrath, in January 2025. However, roomr subsequently provided the same vendor’s property to Paul on 11/6/25.
In these circumstances, and in accordance with our commercial agreement, payment should have been made to roomr rather than WREA.
## 15 SEP 2025: Possible LAF conflict and they are also claiming that the vendor name is not Kathy as per our referral but was "Ken" so they are questioning if this referral is valid. Invoice has been sent ##
