6/6 JOHN: we apprasied both homes - has been a little while since last contacted - I managed to get quotations to fix both homes up they have been quite neglected in terms of maintenance . one of them needs new carpets, full repaint, new flooring , balustrade fixed , storm water overflow issues. effectively 10s of thousands spent to have them sale ready . I got a quote for everything but that is the last I heard from them they were wanting to sell both at the same time ( potentially closer to the end of the year which I advised best not to wait until dec to list.

26/3/25 LUKE MORETA: Just wanted to keep you in the loop, I spoke with Margie a couple of weeks back and they are now planning a trip to Brisbane to take a close look at the properties and to make a final decision. I have remained in contact but still don't have a date as of yet. I will keep you posted if anything progresses.

20/2 John: Hey Vicki , the homes are in terrible condition I’ve gotten Margie quotes at approx $20,000 to have the homes put up to average conditions .She is coming to Brisbane March / April as she’s shocked in the condition .
