GAVIN - Funnily enough he contacted me the other day , I've sent him a authority but havnt received it back as yet
Brooke -MAY 25 - I did provide him with an appraisal but unfortunately the market in this area hasn't gone up a great deal in terms of vacant land so it sounds like he had decided to hold on for a little while longe
I have. He is just deciding if he will sell or not now as the appraisal price was a little lower than what he would have liked.
